Pera Cadde
Pera Cadde: The Modern Face of Antalya and Architectural Aesthetics
Specially designed for Pera Yapı, one of Antalya's rising construction firms, the Pera Cadde project combines modern urbanism with an aesthetic touch. This exterior design work brings together the city's dynamism and the elegance of contemporary architecture in a single structure.
Architectural Details and Design Philosophy
Pera Cadde stands out with its sharp lines and contrasting material choices. The anthracite grey tones preferred on the exterior facade are balanced with white horizontal floor moldings, giving the building a sense of depth. Vertical wooden panels running along the facade add a warm texture to the modern structure, while the extensive use of glass facades ensures that natural light reaches the interiors at a maximum level.
Technical Implementation and Visualization
All 3D modeling processes of the project were meticulously carried out using Blender software. The Cycles render engine was preferred for realistic texture and light calculations.
- Lighting Design: In the scene set in a dusk atmosphere, LED strip lighting hidden between floors emphasizes the building's form.
- Material Quality: Reflection, roughness, and refraction values on surfaces have been adjusted in accordance with real-world physical rules.
- Environment Design: The corner plot where the building is located is supported by landscaping elements and active city traffic, increasing the realism of the project.
Visual Analysis and Mood
The blue hour light dominating the visual creates a perfect contrast with the warm yellow lights leaking from inside the building. The neon lighting on the Pera Cadde sign highlights the prestigious identity of the project, while the commercial areas at street level offer an inviting look with transparent showcase designs. This work is not just a building design, but an architectural visualization masterpiece that adds value to the urban fabric of Antalya.
