Pera Studyo 3
Pera Studyo 3: Modern Architecture and Aesthetics in Antalya
The Pera Studyo 3 project, developed for the Antalya-based Pera Yapı company, melts all the requirements of contemporary urban life into an aesthetic pot. In this work, by focusing meticulously on both exterior design and interior layout, the building's harmony with its surroundings and the user experience have been carried to the highest level.
Architectural Analysis and Visual Aesthetics
As seen in the visual, the exterior character of the building is built on the strong contrast created by anthracite gray and pure white tones. This color palette, indispensable for modern architecture, has been softened with wood-look vertical panels to achieve a warm atmosphere.
- Light and Shadow: The effect of daylight on the structure has been reflected in its most natural form thanks to the Cycles render engine. Sharp shadows and soft transitions emphasize the mass depth of the building.
- Material Selection: The transparent glass railings preferred on the balconies provide a modern look while lightening the mass weight of the structure. The textured plaster and composite details on the facade are a tactile expression of quality.
- Form and Function: The curved roof form on the top floor of the building gives the project a unique silhouette by combining traditional lines with a modern interpretation.
Technical Execution and Software Processes
High-precision digital tools were used in all stages of the project. Thanks to the flexible modeling opportunities offered by Blender software, every detail of the building has been processed with millimetric accuracy.
- Modeling: The 3D model created using Blender was developed by staying true to the architectural plans.
- Visualization: The photorealistic renders obtained with the Cycles engine simulate material reflections and light refractions with physical accuracy.
- Landscaping and Environment: The vegetation, road texture, and vehicle models around the building have been carefully placed to bring the project's real-world location to life.
