Likya Park 4: The Aesthetic Intersection of Modern Living in Antalya

The Likya Park 4 project, meticulously prepared for the Antalya-based Pera Yapı company, is a comprehensive architectural presentation encompassing both interior design and exterior visualization. Our primary goal in this project was to merge the dynamic nature of the Mediterranean with a modern and peaceful living space.

Interior Analysis and Design Details

The living room design featured in the image is the product of a modern minimalist approach that prioritizes spaciousness and functionality. The core elements defining the soul of the space include:

• Material Selection: The natural wood texture preferred for the staircase steps and wall panels adds warmth to the space, while the marble cladding used behind the TV unit creates a luxurious contrast.
• Lighting Strategy: Recessed spotlights and modern track lighting systems enhance the depth of the room, while the natural daylight streaming through the windows supports the airy atmosphere.
• Architectural Details: The floating staircase design with a black metal frame and glass railings offers an aesthetic transition without disrupting the open-concept layout.
• Color Palette: White walls, mink-colored textile products, and earth-toned leather chairs create a balanced composition that is easy on the eyes.

Technical Implementation and Visualization

In all stages of the project, 3ds Max and Corona Renderer software were used, aiming for the highest visual quality. Thanks to photorealistic rendering techniques, the reflection values and light refractions of the materials were modeled as close to reality as possible. In the exterior works, the building's harmony with its surroundings and landscape architecture were detailed to create an impressive presentation file for investors.
